Динамическое создание типа и вызов конструктора базового-класса

Мне нужно создать класс динамически. Большинство вещей работает нормально, но я застрял в создании конструктора.

При вызове конструктора я получаю исключение BadImageFormatException. Что я делаю неправильно?
