программно установить поля/заполнение текстового представления в списке

Как вы можете видеть, что я использовал ТРИ метода для установки поля/отступа текстового представления в виде списка, но безуспешно.

Я использую xml textview вместо создания нового.

Я хочу установить вручную, потому что я получил оператор if / else , который не был опубликован.

Я совершенно не представляю, как это установить в java.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, рабочий вариант, спасибо
