Как вставить текст «<<» в TextView?

Мне нужно вставить "<<" в android:text = "<<", но есть проблема с повышением:

Multiple annotations found at this line:
    - [I18N] Hardcoded string "<<", should use @string resource
    - The value of attribute "android:text" associated with an element type "Button" must not contain the '<' 
     character.

Можете ли вы сказать мне, как я могу вставить <<в xml-файл TextViewтекст?
