Клиент WCF использует веб-службу JAVA -Должен ли я использовать WCF или просто создать собственный парсер/фабрику сообщений?

У нас есть деловой партнер, который требует, чтобы мы создали сообщение с запросом на обслуживание с утверждением SAML 2.0. Партнер предоставил два сертификата и набор тестов для своего веб-сервиса JAVA.

Я создал клиент WCF с CustomBinding, чтобы попытаться воссоздать запрос и использовать службу, но меня очень расстраивают нюансы WCF (и отсутствие встроенной поддержки SAML 2.0. )Мне интересно, лучше ли мне использовать что-то вроде WebClientили HttpWebRequestи шифровать/создавать и подписывать веб-запрос XML и делать то же самое для ответа. Я знаю, что здесь много работы, но, по крайней мере, я буду в полном контроле.

Я понятия не имею, как вставить туда утверждение SAML 2.0 до того, как оно будет подписано. Это, а также проблема с ключевым эмитентом/серийным номером, описанная выше, заключаются в том, что мои основные проблемы связаны с запросом.
