mysql -python :Can& #39; не открывать и блокировать таблицы привилегий :Table & #39;mysql.host& #39; не существует& #39;не существует

Я установил mysql, используя homebrew.

Теперь я пытаюсь установить MySQL -Python, и я продолжаю получать ошибку ниже, когда я запускаю mysql.

Я новичок в программировании и недостаточно знаю, чтобы определить проблему.
