Недопустимый номер строки (65536) вне допустимого диапазона (0..65535)

Я читаю целые числа из текстового файла, передаю их в качестве входных данных для запроса, получаю результат запроса и записываю его в файл xls.

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке Недопустимый номер строки (65536) за пределами допустимого диапазона (0..65535)

Мой файл contact.txtсодержит около 36000 номеров.
