IIS Express не запускается

Я просто выкладываю это, так как это результат Google Zero -, что означает, что я выиграю приз?

Не удается запустить IIS Express 7.5 после переустановки из одной учетной записи, но я могу, войдя -под другой учетной записью домена.

Что странно, так это то, что учетная запись, под которой он не работает, является моей «супер» учетной записью с правами локального администратора, а также учетной записью, под которой я его установил.

Ошибка связана с тем, что diprestr.dll не загружается...

Есть идеи? Я попробую Process Monitor и посмотрю.

Пока что IIS Express оказывается просто еще одной вещью, которую нужно изучить и пойти не так.
