развертывание redmine на кедре героку

Я бился головой о стену, пытаясь развернуть redmine 2.0.3 на кедре хероку.

У меня было много проблем с развертыванием с помощью sqlite gem, поэтому я удалил все ссылки на sqlite из своего Gemefile, удалил Gemfile.lock, запустил установку пакета и с радостью перешел на heroku.

Я запустил heroku run rake db:migrateи перешел к своему приложению (http://blooming-river-8784.herokuapp.com/). и я вижу следующее:

ОБНОВИТЬ!! -> когда я запускаю heroku run rake db:migrate, я получаю следующие предупреждающие сообщения:

Я проверил журналы и вижу следующее сообщение:

Я гуглил эту последнюю строку без успеха. вот почему я пишу здесь, надеясь, что кто-то поможет:)
