Несоответствие фильтра адреса конфигурации WCF

Я подозреваю, что между моим App.config и моим Web.config есть какое-то несоответствие, но каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь что-то изменить в своем Web.config, я ломаю свой сервис даже больше, чем он уже сломан. Есть ли у кого-нибудь с большим опытом работы с WCF какие-либо советы?
