Отсутствует Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Diagnostics во время развертывания веб-роли

Используя Visual Studio 2012 RC, со страницы я запустил облачную службу Azure. Я выбрал MVC 4, включил тестовый проект и включил восстановление пакетов NuGet при сборке.

Когда я развернул это на веб-сайте Azure с помощью git, кажется, что целевое поле не включает ни WindowsAzure.Diagnostics, или библиотеки WindowsAzure.ServiceRuntime. Я новичок в.NET в целом, но я не могу представить, что мне здесь не хватает. Кроме того, хотя я могу тривиально удалить диагностику из ссылок (нет диагностики, нет проблем ), похоже, я не могу сделать то же самое с ServiceRuntime.

Я делаю что-то не так или это ошибка веб-сайтов Azure? Это поправимо?
