ssh-соединение с локальным хостом закрыто на 127.0.0.1?

Итак, я прохожу этот урок(Запуск Hadoop в Windows с помощью cygwin...)чтобы настроить Hadoop на моей WINDOWS (, пожалуйста, не спрашивайте, почему я буду использовать Linux ). Итак, я дошел до того, что мне нужно подключиться по SSH к моему локальному хосту и протестировать SSH с помощью Cygwin, но он закрывает соединение и говорит:

Соединение закрыто 127.0.0.1

Я много гуглил, но не смог найти правильного ответа на свою проблему.

P.S. :Я использую cygwin на Windows 7 Professional x64

Есть идеи?
