Соединение было сброшено на wamp

Я установил сервер wampна свой компьютер. Затем я установил приложение Zend. Я поместил его в каталог medaffiliate.com в каталоге www. Когда я обращаюсь к этому каталогу по localhost/medaffiliate.com, он просто показывает

 The connection was reset

Я нашел других людей, которые сталкиваются с такой проблемой при создании соединения с базой данных. Я создал другой проект в своем каталоге www и установил соединение с базой данных. Это работает. Но не мой проект.

Я используюos:window 7. Apache : 2.2.17, PHP:5.3.4, Mysql : 5.1.53
