Черный фон Png при загрузке и изменении размера изображения

Можете ли вы помочь мне с моим кодом в php?

Я не знаю, как сделать мои фотографии прозрачными. Они имеют черный фон после загрузки. У меня есть код здесь. (и немного текста для небольшого поста и контента)
