Вместо анонимного типа, создайте тип для содержания имени и даты:

public class NameDate
{
  public string Name { get; set; }
  public DateTime Date { get; set; }
}

Затем используйте это в своем запросе Linq:

from p in db.Products select new NameDate { Name = p.Name, Date = p.Date }

Сильно введите свое представление, чтобы быть MyView<IEnumerable<NameDate>> и затем просто сделайте a foreach ( var nameDate in ViewData.Model )...

Рассмотрите явно преобразование в список и бросок ViewData:

ViewData["QUsers"] = (from u in db.Users select u).ToList();

foreach(Users u in (List<Users>)ViewData["QUsers"]){ 

    /*Print the data here*/

}

Можно передать данные несколькими способами, с помощью ViewData, как Вы выше, или TempData для передачи между Действиями. Можно также использовать ViewData. Модель для содержания модели со строгим контролем типов. Обратите внимание, что необходимо будет изменить определение представления, чтобы быть чем-то как

ViewPage<User>

Что касается хорошего повторителя замена пробуют http://www.codeplex.com/MVCContrib. У них есть Помощник HTML Сетки, который может помочь.

Если вы хотите избежать создания отдельного класса только для отображения одной проекции, вы также можете прибегнуть к использованию словаря, например так:
