UITableView footerView с кнопкой, кнопка не работает

Я пытаюсь создать настраиваемое представление для моего UITableView footerView, которое имеет кнопку в нем. Я вижу это там, но когда я прикасаюсь к нему, ничего не происходит ... вы видите, что здесь не так:
