CSS3 и PIE не работают в IE 8

Я пытаюсь продемонстрировать CSS3PIE, но он вообще не работает в IE.

В результате получается просто блок с рамкой, без градиента / тени и т. Д.

Любая помощь / решение будет очень благодарна.
