Не могу соединить postgreSQL с psycopg2

Я впервые могу ' не нашел ответа о некоторых технических проблемах Вот мои проблемы:

>> conn=psycopg2.connect(database="mydb", user="postgres", password="123",port=5432)

Traceback (most recent call last):

psycopg2.OperationalError: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
    Is the server running locally and accepting
    connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

1. Мой postgreSQL работает
2. Мой порт прослушивания точно 5432
3. root @ lanston-laptop : ~ # psql -l Пароль:
