Плагин M2E постоянно обновляет индекс

Я установил Maven и плагин m2e Eclipse. По какой-то причине Eclipse застревает в обновлении индексов при каждом запуске. При нажатии на ссылку операции отображаются журналы ниже. Как я могу остановить эту операцию (кнопка остановки не работает) или исправить это?
