cmake не работает в Windows XP

Я являюсь новым с cmake, просто установленный это и после этой статьи:

Что полное требование должны использовать cmake успешно в Windows XP? Я уже установил Visual Studio под D:\Tools\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0
