@autowired annotation issue, not injecting bean in class, using Spring3. 0, hibernate

ниже приведен мой класс:

@Autowire аннотация не работает. Она отображает значение configService как null при вызове метода addMessage. однако она правильно внедряется в некоторые из моих классов Controller, но не здесь.

Может ли кто-нибудь объяснить, в чем проблема и как ее решить?
