• читайте много записей форума / попробовало много различных настроек (всегда возвращаемый к исходным настройкам, когда это' не работало),
• TOMCAT6_SECURITY=no набора в/etc/default/tomcat6, потому что TOMCAT6_SECURITY=yes доставлял неприятности также
• объединяющий в сеть пропуск флаг не установлен для DB (BIND 127.0.0.1 установлен),
• брандмауэр переключается прочь (sudo ufw, отключают),
• Работы MySQL (тестируемый несколько раз с пользователем, используемым в этом сценарии)

• telnet localhost 3306 говорит
