Вопрос по установке плагина eclipse

На днях я столкнулся с этим ТАКИМ вопросом: Плагин сценария Bash для Eclipse? отлично.

Итак, я зашел на сайт загрузки и загрузил этот плагин, но я не устанавливал никаких плагинов eclipse вручную, поэтому я понятия не имею, как его установить.

Я извлек этот zip-файл, который я скачал, и он выглядит вот так:

Когда я пытаюсь установить его, используя установку нового программного обеспечения из локального каталога, я получаю следующую ошибку:
