Есть ли разница в хостинговой сети. tcp wcf services под Windows 7 и Windows 2008 Server в IIS?

У меня ситуация, когда я не могу разместить службу с использованием net.tcp под Windows 7, но она отлично работает на сервере Windows 2008. Я включил WAS и сделал одинаковые настройки как в Windows 7, так и в Windows Server, но по какой-то причине он не работает в Windows 7. Ошибка, которую я получаю на стороне клиента:

Файл web.config точно такой же для службы как в Windows 7, так и в Windows 2008. Есть какие-нибудь подсказки?
