Защита внутренней службы WCF с помощью WIF с использованием ADFS2 в качестве IP

У меня проблема с использованием ADFS2 для защиты внутренней службы WCF, которая вызывается с пассивно федеративного веб-сайта. У меня над сайтом работает пассивная федерация, но с серверной службой у меня возникают проблемы.

Части головоломки.

  1. Клиент Silverlight, обслуживаемый пассивно интегрированным веб-сайтом.
  2. Silverlight вызывает службу WCF (службу приложений), размещенную на пассивном федеративном веб-сайте.
  3. У меня в конфигурации SaveBootstrapToken установлено значение true.
  4. Из службы приложений я хочу вызвать серверную часть Служба WCF с использованием BootstrapToken со сценарием ActAs.
  5. Федеративный веб-сайт и внутренняя служба WCF настроены как отдельные RP в ADFS2, шифрование токена включено. Обоим разрешено делегирование.
