Установка FastCGI Dev Kit

Я пытаюсь установить FastCGI Dev kit из здесь .

Но я получаю указанную ниже ошибку, когда пытаюсь сделать . Я не знаю, как решить. Любые идеи? Я использую 64-разрядную версию Ubuntu .
