Не удается отправить приложение Heroku - Не удалось установить драгоценные камни через Bundler

Что не так? Я у меня такая же настройка в моем приложении else, и оно отлично работает ... Я буду очень благодарен за любую помощь, борясь с этой проблемой весь день ...

РЕДАКТИРОВАТЬ: Также я попытался удалить репозиторий и создать новый один, но все тот же.
