Я действительно не знаю, что я делаю не так в данном случае. Я преобразовал свой закрытый ключ в pkcs8, я загрузил свои XML-данные SAML и демаршалировал их в допустимый тип (EncryptedAssertion) и создал расшифрованный на основе моего закрытого ключа.

Возможно ли, что это связано с форматом oaep для RSA? Я использую библиотеку криптографии Java по умолчанию.
