MVC 3 Razor. Проверка частичного представления не работает

У меня проблема в том, что я не могу запустить проверку на стороне клиента из моего частичного представления, которое загружается в div после того, как пользователь нажимает кнопку . В этом примере я остановил "переключение" div, чтобы увидеть, срабатывает ли проверка, но безрезультатно, ничего не происходит.

К счастью, модель не принимает недопустимые входные данные, но и не предупредить пользователя о фактической ошибке. Любая помощь будет принята с благодарностью.
