Установка ruby-debug-base19 в Windows в Ruby 1.9.3

Мне нужно установить ruby-debug-base19 для активной отладки в среде IDE Netbeans, когда я выполняю:

$ gem install ruby-debug-base19

Ruby успешно установлен

$ ruby --version
