ошибка экспорта плагина eclipse

Я получаю странную ошибку при попытке экспортировать плагин IMP из eclipse. При использовании eclipse indigo я получаю:

Та же ошибка появляется, когда я использую версию eclipse indigo rcp & rap.

По той же причине не могу создать сайт обновления для плагина.

Эта ошибка не возникает в версии eclipse jee. Пока экспорт удался, сам плагин не работает (и работает, когда я запускаю проект).
