fk_name 'user' не является ForeignKey для

ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ: Я сделал исправление, рекомендованное Maccech. Но кажется, что после отмены регистрации объекта Contact и его перерегистрации с новым встроенным кодом Zinnia как-то сломалась:

Итак, UserTaxExempt имеет внешний ключ для пользователя, так что это не должно работать нормально? Он работает на странице пользователя, поэтому я не понимаю, почему он не работает на странице контактов.
