Не удается установить c2hs и язык-c

Здесь я использую cabal для установки пакета c2hs. Однако для этого требуется happy, поэтому я установил happyс помощью cabal install happy.

После этого при попытке установить c2hsи language-cя получаю пакет happy not foundна обоих.
