Невозможно остановить Tomcat

Я новичок в Tomcat и только что настроил свой tomcat с помощью jprofiler. Но теперь не удалось остановить сервер tomcat, получая следующее сообщение об ошибке.

Я не уверен, что не так в моей конфигурации, и да, брандмауэр отключен на коробке.
