git reflog не показывает изменение ветки

В другом вопросе пользователь опубликовал следующий reflog:

В HEAD@{25}пользователь переключается на ветку тестирования. Однако в HEAD@{16}пользователь переходит от разработки к фиксации без предварительного перехода от тестирования к разработке.

Как можно менять ветки без отражения в reflog? Я не верю, что этот пользователь особенно изощрен, поэтому я сомневаюсь, что использовались какие-либо эзотерические уловки.
