Ошибка при установке расширения SVN с pecl

Я пытаюсь установить следующее расширение PHP: http://php.net/manual/en/book.svn.php, Но когда я делаю pecl install svn-beta Я получаю сообщение об ошибке, что это не может расположиться svn_client.h файл. Я искал сеть, но не мог найти полезную ссылку на эту ошибку.
