Почему компиляция maven не работает с типом упаковки «pom»

Я не знаю, почему моя сборка maven не генерирует цели / классы в текущих настройках pom, в моем случае тип упаковки должен быть "pom", пожалуйста, сообщите, что неверно ... Спасибо!
