Ошибка MsDeploy для веб-развертывания

Я пытаюсь выполнить веб-развертывание.

Поскольку я хотел воспроизвести это, я использовал тестовую систему.

Windows 2008 RC, IIs 7.5 + пакет развертывания. Я настроил развертывание с помощью http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/516/configure-the-web-deployment-handler/ Включена трассировка http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff729439(v=ws.10).aspx

Я создал новое сервисное приложение WCF, (ничего не изменив), скомпилировал его и попытался развернуть

Я получаю следующий ответ (через несколько минут)

и никаких журналов (вообще) на стороне сервера dev1.

Я перепробовал множество вариаций, но воспроизвести это проще всего. и это терпит неудачу.

есть идеи?
